Updated 2 October 2026. HabitCoin is an exercise and habit tracker provided by Simplified7. Coins are virtual rewards and have no cash redemption in this release. There are no payments or betting.
When you sign in, we save your account identifier, name and email through Firebase Authentication. We save the profile name you choose, your conversion rates and targets, and the exercises, amounts, dates and points that you log. Google sign-in shares your basic account profile with the app. Email passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication; HabitCoin does not store plaintext passwords.
We use this information to sign you in, calculate progress and virtual coins, restore your account and synchronize progress across the website and Android app. Logging is optional. We do not request camera, location, contacts, Health Connect or body sensor access.
Google Firebase provides authentication and database storage. Cloudflare serves the website. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and security or service logs under their policies. Your exercise entries are protected by account access rules. Authorized Simplified7 administrators may access data to maintain the service or handle support and deletion requests. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. HabitCoin does not include advertising or analytics SDKs.
Your account and logged progress remain stored until you delete them or request deletion. Signing out keeps cloud data for your next visit. A sign-in session may remain on your device until you sign out; use sign-out on shared devices. Settings → Account options lets you export your data or permanently delete the account and activity. Service-provider backups or security logs may be retained under provider policies.
See account deletion instructions. For privacy questions or account assistance, contact simplified.seven7@gmail.com from the email associated with your account.
HabitCoin records activity you enter; it does not verify exercise performance or provide medical advice. This initial release is intended for adults. Contact us if a child's account needs removal.
We will update this page when our data practices change. New features involving payments, betting, health integrations or additional data will require separate product and privacy review before release.
