Your information and privacy

Updated 2 October 2026. This policy covers the Simplified Seven shared account and HabitCoin.

What we save

We save your account identifier, name and email to recognise your account. HabitCoin also saves the profile name you choose, exercises, units, conversion rates, targets and activity you log.

How it is protected

Google Firebase handles sign-in and cloud storage. Connections use HTTPS. Account access rules restrict your profile, exercises and activity to your signed-in account. Authorised Simplified Seven administrators may access records for maintenance, support or account deletion.

Google handles your Google password; Simplified Seven never sees it. Email passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are not saved as plain text by the website.

How we use it

We use your information to sign you in, restore your profile and synchronise HabitCoin progress across your devices. We do not sell your account data or use it for advertising. The shared account and HabitCoin have no advertising or analytics SDKs.

Service providers

Google Firebase provides authentication and database storage, and Cloudflare serves the website. Service providers may retain technical records such as IP addresses, security logs or backups under their policies. No online service can guarantee complete security.

Your choices

In HabitCoin, open Settings then Account options to export your data or permanently delete your account and saved activity. Signing out preserves your cloud records for your next visit. Sign out on shared devices.

Other S7 services

The public finance pages link to Google Forms, Google Drive and WhatsApp. Those services have their own sign-in, data collection and provider policies. A shared S7 account does not automatically connect or move information from those services.
